how 'bout you say it's triplets and you're an unwed mother? that usually shuts 'em up. I *hate* questions like that (though there are also people who feel insulted if one doesn't mention/notice/ acknowledge aloud their pregnancy, so as an observer one can't quite win, huh?)and it makes me think of when people ask about nursing -- how old is he? and you're still nursing? and you're pregnant. oh. (and I think "this is your business why?")
keep on keepin' on -- you are ADORED in West Virginia and we have seen people more pregnant-looking than you. often. tell that to the annoying bystanders.
